KM is ASM lacks the ability to show in search results which articles have received feedback, who the Author is, and what the feedback rating or hit count is. Being able to search and filter by these criteria is vital to effectively managing the KB. The KB Capability also lacks Bulk update. This is necessary when the taxonomy changes in order to be able to easily update articles in bulk.

Add Search and display criteria to the Knowledge Admin search screen to show
Hit Count
Feedback Rating
Indicator Column (for feedback, attachments, etc)
Author
Add optional Email Notification to Knowledge Editors to be triggered when article feedback is received
Add Bulk Update capability for Knowledge articles Profile, Type, Review Date,Expiry Date, Review Required, and Status
