Indicator Management
There is a bug where indicators will stay active on tickets. This was noticed when a user raised a ticket via the self service portal. Having the option to edit or turn this off would be useful for workflow management.

Auto-CC Analyst
When adding a note or sending an email in the Task, please auto-cc the analyst who added the note or who sent the email so that when the recipient replies back, the analyst will receive that email replies.

often times a search is started and perhaps the wrong criteria is ticked and it would be a great help to be able to stop the search, update the search criteria and then restart the search

Bring back the type ahead feature - this is greatly missed in v10
The inability to type ahead to a section in list significantly increases the time it takes to assign calls, or to do day-to-day administration. Please bring back the type-ahead functionality wherever possible.

Access to the queue for outgoing mails
In the event of an email delay, for example, this would allow the queue to be viewed. Currently it is possible for incoming mails but not for outgoing mails.
