UX issues - Portal - Getting Started Request - Submit incomplete/errored forms - User not returned to the top most error message

The submit button appeared to do nothing, but that’s because it didn’t return me to the top most error message. So I had no idea I had an error. There was no generic ‘you have errors etc’ message displayed.

pressing Submit appears to be doing nothing:

      I had this at another client, I think it is a v10 bug. I had to write a customization to get it to pop up an error box when it happened.
