When performing certain actions on a screen in system admin (could be any section), the left side menu scrolls back to the top and you lose the place you were at. This increases the amount of time to access the screens in system admin.

For example, after saving or entering data, the menu should remain in the same place on the left of the screen, otherwise you are constantly scrolling back down to where you were.
