Add ability to program IPK Workflow rules for a specific day of week
There are instances when you want a call handled differently if it is logged during the week or on a weekend. It would be nice to be able to configure an IPK Workflow rule that says "If Call Logged Date is a Saturday or Sunday" then do this... Or ...

Indicator Management
There is a bug where indicators will stay active on tickets. This was noticed when a user raised a ticket via the self service portal. Having the option to edit or turn this off would be useful for workflow management.

Removal of auto populated fields when you make a change to the name with in a ticket

Bulk select items in a Multi Select field
It will make selecting multiple items in a Multi select field much easier as then we could search via a wildcard and then hold down ctrl and select each one we want to add instead of having to search over and over to select the items we need

When adding a note or sending an email in the Task, please auto-cc the analyst who added the note or who sent the email so that when the recipient replies back, the analyst will receive that email replies.
