Do not allow self-service portal users to approve the approval tasks of others.

Ability to show portal calls on more than one account

Ability to close requests on the portal
Users would like to be able to close their requests when they are no longer required. Currently there are permissions in the customer portal role for calls, but there isn't the same permissions for requests.

Ability to edit the major incident columns in admin > portal tables

Ability to edit the columns for My Items in portal tables like other tables
Logged from TNA upgrade project. If you enable consolidate incidents and requests under preview features you can't edit the table columns for My Items under Self-service portal table configuration like other tables. This would be useful. -
Allow restriction of call closure reasons in customer portal
Now we have the option to allow end users to close tickets we wanted to restrict the closure reasons they see. There doesn't appear to be any way you can currently restrict the closure reasons available to a customer. -
Add ability to "Follow" ticket similar to MI "Add Me"
