Forward Schedule of Change on Self Service Portal

The new self service portal doesn't have the same level of functionality as the Silverlight portal in terms of the forward schedule of change.

The previous FSC had an admin option for the change manager to define which changes appeared on the portal based on the vFire rules builder. We should implement this in the same way but also include the new vFire rules logic to allow filtering by "logged in user". This would enable filtering of requests based on the users organisation, location and other attributes.

We also need to make sure we provide a meaningful and user intuitive design that has month/week/day/hourly views. We should also add configurable information when the user hovers over the item on the calendar. This is so the change manager can choose which information is viewable by users.

Agreed. The scope of this feature request is limited to the customer portal only. A different view should be available in the Core app for analysts with much more detailed views.

The FSC could really do with a major rethink to be honest. Don't force officers to go to the portal to view it, make it much more configurable, make it prettier. Even look at integrating it with Exchange or some other calendaring tool.
