A user reported a vFire request that has been raised from her account without her been aware of.
After a thorough investigation, we found that user that the IPK workflow scheduled was created by the user based on a service request.
However, we want the requests/tickets created by the schedule to go as a system user and not on the individual user account who created the scheduled.
It would be nice if there was a way we can change it in the system to send it via system user.
