to be able to edit the history of the review screen on the customer portal, so the customer only sees the comments and the status of the request. Similar to the approval area. Currently there is too much system message noise on the screen for the requests and task. Customer should be able to view comments and status easily and would make less phone calls coming through to the desk to check on status
I agree, removing the linked items and the description field would make the review screen less noisy.
