When setting up a proactive analysis rule you have the option to select grouping. This means that all of the calls will have the same value for the grouped field. E.G. if you group by CI, all of the child calls of the created newly problem record will have the same CI. The feature suggestion is to move any grouped fields into the problem record automatically.
