In v9.1.5+ there is a Draft Feature where you can save an email(s) for a Call/Request and then revisit the draft at a later date/time, the pop outs in Nano for Search Field configuration would provide a nice slide in/out "actionable" area for emails/attachments etc.

It's a big problem. If I am typing an email, I can’t interrupt that to click and start a new incident. I must close the email (and lose it), or send it first. Finishing/sending is impractical as I have 3 rings to answer the phone (our SLA), so I must close it or copy/paste the text out first then close it to start recording the new incident.

It would be nice if it were a section within the rest of the entry instead of a separate pop-up anyway.

You could make this behave like the windows "snap to" feature, or have a layered div that behaves like a popup example: http://jqueryui.com/draggable/

The sooner the better! It is extremely annoying the fact that you cannot minimise the email window if you need to refer to other entries in the call, before actually sending the email.
