The current version of Nano does not allow the Analyst to send email attachments (they can be attached to a Call but not sent through email). This is a standard feature of email and allows the analyst to push a file through to a user that would not have access/ familiarity with the Self service Portal.
The core interface does currently have this feature so it's odd that it's not in the Nano interface already.
This has been implemented in vFire 9.11
