Call Close and Call Forward Internal screens should be available in designer to make fields mandatory like the oneliner. Merged

Currently this is a customisation and it would be great if these screens could be modified in designer to do thinks like make the oneliner on the close screen mandatory or make the email option to email the customer on close mandatory on the call close screen - related to SRs19260 and 19026 logged in your support system
