Make suspension start date and suspension change reason visible to Core and Syncfusion

When a case is suspended, we can only see the suspension expire date. It would be very helpful to see the suspension reason (Change Reasons) as well as the suspension start date, both in core and Syncfusion. Especially since the Change Reason is a required field.
