1) When renaming a message template, a pop up appears saying that you can’t rename it because the name is the same as a deleted message template. The first word “An” should be “A” in the popup for the situation above. (see screen capture attached)
2) I suggest you include a tip around viewing the deleted templates and renaming the deleted template so you can then name the new one, or remove/resolve the issue of not being able to use the same name as a deleted template.
