As Request workflows are managed by tasks and the overall request sits with a default group e.g. Service Desk, notifications are being sent to the request group but there is no option to notify the 'Task > Current Group'

All updates on the request/ SLA progress notifications are being sent to the current request group meaning task owners are not getting sight of this and required SD to manually share this information with the task owner.
