Add to Kanban View : Group Work

The Kanban view of Nano is great to manage your own tasks. What would be ideal is to then manage the whole team's work this way. Adding a tickbox for Group Tasks or Group Calls that lets you see the work for the whole team would ensure this.

    Expanding on this idea, our Team Leads would like the ability to see the task and calls their team members are working on. Easily done in Core with the Analyst search box, but they would like this in Nano. (via a toggle for the assigned IPK/Workgroup they belong to, or a search field they can type in.) I realize this can be done in Advanced search, but they would like something faster on the Splash page.
