10.6.7 Nano "Assign to" Field not working |
Current Behaviour |
If you enable forced call ownership IPK security role also leave update without action off. Then if you re-assign a call to a group or analyst using the assign to field it won't update any of the fields It does work if you use the forward to feature from any of the view call screens and it then pops up and you use the assign to field on that screen instead. |
Expected Behaviour |
It is expected to show what group/analyst its been assigned to either there on the form after clicking save, or if you close re-open or if you look at it in a search view. |
Steps to reproduce issue |
3. Log a new call and assign it to a a different group to the one you are a member of and click save then observe the fields, then try closing the call re-opening it, also try viewing the above fields in a view or search screen they do not show the correct group its assigned to. 4. Do the same as above and log it to an analyst and you get the same issue, it does show the analyst its assigned to correctly however it doesn't update the group. 5. Then try the same as above using the right click Forward functionality from a call search / view screen and it does work as expect: Works |
