Change where the ticket gets assigned when tickets are re-opened
Currently when a ticket is re-opened, (off the back of a user replying to a closed email) it passes it back to the service desk. I’m interested to see if this could be change to the last team/group that owned/closed the ticket.

Can images be resized like they can be in ASM Self Service with the 100%, 50%, 25%.
People find the pixel update in ASM Core to be cumbersome and distorts the images because it does not keep the ratio.

Clear date field
An easy way to clear the date field in both Core and Portal would be great! Once a date is set, there's no easy way to remove it (even if the field is not set to required)
