Reasons not represented in Call Reports or Reporting Views
Have been delivering Service Desk Administration training to a client and was discussing how the key profile elements for call logging are Config Item, Service, Type & Reason. When the client asked me to show how they could report on Call Reason in the standard reports, I discovered that none of the Call Reports had Reason as a parameter, Call Reason is not utilised on any call report (not even the Call Summary report)mand that the RV_Call view only exposes the Call_Reason_Ref (CL_CALL_LOGGING.REASON_REF) not the Call_Reason.
