Change first day of week on date picker
The default day of the week on the ASM Core date picker is set to Sunday. We'd like to be able to change this to Monday so that it matches our working calendars.

Make Daily Stats link optional
Please can you make the Daily Stats link that takes us to the Daily Call Statistic 'report' optional, we'd like to not have is displayed on our navigation? They information is not helpful (and not accurate).

Mandatory/Required Field details when sumbitting forms
Red Outlines to fields but additional information on which Field Names (and or Sections) or as part of a tooltip to the error/warning prompt.

Workload View consolidation
Currently the workload view does not enable consolidation of fields such as 'logged date / IPK Status etc. As a result you need to add 2 fields per option and this impacts the sorting view because call date logged will sort but request date logged...

User Survey based on Call Source
We'd like to be able to send a different survey based on Call Source so we can send a different set of question for people that call the desk and a completely different set of question for people that use Self Service.

Add Note to parent - have option to copy note to all child tickets
