Mandatory field on one liner when closing a call
As this goes out to a user on an email, it would force the analyst to complete it, otherwise they could leave it blank and the user has know idea of the details of the fix.

Add 'Your Groups Calls' to NANO

Colour of "My Items" in self service portal
It is not currently possible to change the colour of the "My Items" combined incident/request count widget on the self service portal. This means that it stays as the default blue which may not match the theme of the rest of the portal.
