Mandatory field on one liner when closing a call
As this goes out to a user on an email, it would force the analyst to complete it, otherwise they could leave it blank and the user has know idea of the details of the fix.

Transfer attachments from teams chat to ASM Call
Would be useful to be able to transfer attachments uploaded in the Teams Chat to the ASM Call when the Teams Chat is ended, currently it will bring through the Chat Transcript into the ASM Call History only.
