Link between User and Organisation and Location fields on Call Screens (as per v9.x)

In 9.12 in our call screens, when the Organisation field (CLIENT_COMPANY_REF) is populated with an Organisation, the user field is filtered by this selection... only brings up Users who are in that particular Organisation.

I can re-add the 'Organisation' field as a linked field, but this makes it a read only field so I can't populate the Org field.

We have added Organisation and location to the User field lookups, which works in most cases, but it would be very helpful if we could link these as per 9.x as there are some Organisations in our environment which have over 100 staff.
