Global Header/Footer - Template/Type Override

Each header/ footer is assigned a data field name which can be used to inject the footer design into messaging templates.
Ability to Override the Global Header Footer on a per Message Template or Message Type basis.
The ability to set review dates on footers and headers would be useful

Global Header and Footer is a new feature in the 10.3 Release and allows for the header and the footer to be configured per partition (per language). These are HTML Fields that are automatically appended to the Email Message when it is processed by the Messaging.
CORE-I-920 has been merged into this idea so that we can track the requirements to have more granularity so you can override the Global Foote/Header for a particular Message Template or Type.
