Make IPK Status clickable when there is only one stream

Would be nice to just have to select [Burger --> Call --> Incident], instead of having to select [Burger --> Call --> Incident --> Default]

Having the 4th tier of the menu makes sense if there is more than 1 stream, but it is a wasted click when there is only 1 option
