We would like to have the ability to set the 'Email Customer' checkbox to 'checked' by default on call screens. We have a customisation to do this in v9 which only sets it on for Incidents and Service Requests, and also only for selected partitions. Would be good if we were able to do this as an out of the box rule in ASM 10.x
