Customer wants to open objects without having to download them first
Can you let us know how we can just "Open" an image instead of having to "Save" it for later viewing?

Prometheus Release will see an updates Attachment Upload Feature where you will be able to view certain file type within the built in PDF Viewer.
If a call has 5 attachments ideally I want to download in bulk if I want (CTRL+click) not have to do this one by one. Even better is to not have to download them in the first place. In outlook for example we can double click to open attachments. ASM would be good if we can just do that.
