IPK Status on Clone Calls
Currently the IPK Status when cloning a Call defaults to the next in the IPK Status list, however we'd like the flexibility to clone a call to any IPK Status, including Calls (from Calls) which isn't currently an option.

Service Action Filter on IPK Designer screen
Allow the ability to filter the SERVICE_ACTION_REF field on the IPK call details screen in designer. this can then allow us to select specific ones dependent on the IPK status being used (Incident, Major Incident, Service Request etc.)

Can images be resized like they can be in ASM Self Service with the 100%, 50%, 25%.
People find the pixel update in ASM Core to be cumbersome and distorts the images because it does not keep the ratio.

Option to evaluate IPK rules when clicking 'save'.
If a new call is opened and then worked on over an extended period without being forwarded or deferred, the IPK rules are not triggered. This means that the customer has not been sent an email advising them that the call has been logged. An option...

Multi select fields - can't unselect
We have a form that uses multi select fields, but if a user selects something from it by accident, they can't unselect it without having to restart the form. Is there anything that can be done to allow a user to clear a selection?

Unable to assign rules to MQD fields
