Filtering of QD fields on search screens in the portal

When performing an advanced search on the portal for incidents, requests, CIs and KB articles, it is not possible to modify any of the QD fields which might be included in the search to have filters on them. It would be useful to add filters onto these fields to allow more advanced searching capability and have flexibility in the restriction of the types of things that can be searched upon.
