Change Ticket Status when client updates it on the SSP

When a client changes/updates a ticket on the SSP the status does not currently change. Therefore, when the client looks at the list of tickets that require their attention, this ticket still is shown.

Please develop the system to amend the status of the ticket to 'updated by customer' or alike to prevent confusion.
