Major Incident - Add Me - be able to click again

We see that sometimes a Major Incident is ongoing and we think it is solved, we don't want to close the Major Incident directly because we see that some times a incidents repeats it self after 1 our 2 days, It would be nice if a user could click on kind of Add me button called something like still have it and creates a new ticket for the user.
