Custom label for customer's status eg. instead of VIP, a label saying "000" if they are located at 000 Call centre

It would be useful for analyst's to quickly identify the customer and possible priority of call.  Just a label saying "000" if they are located at 000 Call centre for example.

    I agree with this request.

    A VIP tag on the organization would be very useful.
