Change "Review" to "View" and "Action" to "Edit" and "Internal"to "Forward" and use std icons for this

When training new staff a few items always come up. We need to explain that:

  1. "Review" means "View"
  2. "Action" means "Edit"
  3. "Internal" means "Forward"
  4. "Request" means "Workflow"
  5. "Task" means "Workflow Step"

and use std icons for these functions.
