Can a description field be added to the Internal Forward screen. I've attached screenshots so you'll see on the Bulk Forward screen that it has a description field, could this be added to the Internal Forward screen, this would make the workflow of an incident better.

We have plans to add the Forward Internal/External, Defer and Close Screens into the Core Designer in a future release. This will enable you to add the "Actions and Solutions" Field onto this screen effectively forcing a Note to be added when the call is forwarded.
