Would it be possible to add on your website, all the known issues? This means we can track and see if our issue is being experienced by other customers. Similar to creating a feature suggestion and customers could vote on whether they are having the same issue. Thus showing a true view on how many customers are experiencing the same issue.

This would also mean that the workaround or solution (if it can be fixed) can be shared and your analysts time does not get taken up with the same question about the same issue.
