We need to embed a link (hyperlink) into a Request. This works okay for web sites (e.g. I inserted a link to bbc.co.uk and when clicked it returns the bbc web site.) However, we are unable to resolve links to any "internal" location - e.g. using a UNC path. (We need to link to a document, rather than adding as attachment.)
This will reduce the need to attach documents and ensure that the latest version of the document is readily available - rather than an old/out-of-date version
