Hi.

There is no option in the IPK Assignment Workflow rules, to send calls directly to an External Supplier \ External Supplier Contacts.  You can only send to Analysts or IPK Groups.

I don't understand why this option is not present as in some cases organisations need to pass calls directly (especially if they are coming form the portal) through to 3rd Party companies who support systems as their there are no in-house resources available to do this.  Can this functionality be added.

Yes it is possible to create External Suppliers as Officers but this defeats the purpose of having external suppliers \ contacts at all.  It also potentially means a licence has to be assigned to that account.
