It'd be great if we could track the internal and customer portal views of any bulletin that's posted to the Bulletin board, to guage it's effectiveness in spreading information and potentially deflecting calls for support.
I haven't been able to find this feature or statistic in the Bulletin section of vFire, or in the Bulletin Report feature, so I suspect it's currently unavailable. As of right now we're simply assuming that our bulletins are effective, so any way of measuring the views would be a good start.
