Selectable KB search without context (article details only)

I'd like to suggest that a selectable feature be made available for the Knowledge Bank when it comes to using the Search Text field (or potentially any other text search for that matter) where the search only looks at the content/body of an article, rather than the related 'contextual' calls.

Currently a 'Search Text' search will look at the body text of a KB article plus information within all linked calls, which are visible in the 'Context' menu.  This feature is great for its original intention, which is allowing more search results to appear based on the terminology used, but is not ideal when conducting a knowledge review.

If we had a checkbox for 'Search without Context' (or similar), it would allow for searches of specific words within an article only, which makes knowledge review much cleaner.

E.g.  If I'm looking for all articles with "Team X" in the body, to update to their new name of Team Y:

  • Current (with context search):  Returns all articles with 'Team X' in the body, and all articles with 'Team X' in the call content/description.  In our environment, this could be hundreds.
  • Proposed (context search deselected):  Returns all articles with 'Team X' in the body.  This reduced list is more accurate for updating.
