The ability for people to be able to view calls without being able to make any changes, they shouldn't be able to take action/ log or close calls, this would be quite beneficial for new staff learning the system, moderators and auditors.
In the Security Role you can set the Analyst to not be able to Take Action on Calls or to Take Over Others Calls. This would mean the Analyst could only open and Search for calls in Review mode. They would be able to open new calls though (and close the ones they have opened). This has now been reviewed by the Product Management Team and will monitor the number of votes this suggestion gets with other customers.
