Knowledge Bank - Highlight if updated since last opened/read

As some of the high demand articles can be accessed multiple times in a day, a suggestion has been put forward have the 'Last Updated' information on a result highlighted in red (or by other means) so that the reader knows that the content has changed since they accessed it last.

 

This feature would alert Knowledge Workers to read the article more carefully when using it this time around, as some content has changed; even a small text change to content can be the difference between a first call resolution and an incident.
