We are using inventory to manage bulk items however we do not use cost centres/organisations/locations in conjunction with these.  However in order to use thresholds we have to artificially populate one of these fields in order to create a threshold.

It would be good if it was possible to create a threshold that just viewed the total 'on hand' items and created a call/request if that falls below a certain number, without having to specify one of the three fields listed above.
