We have a Blind member of staff that uses a screen reading piece of software called Jaws in conjunction with a Braille reader and text to speech. She has advised us that the portal is un-usable using this software meaning she has to ask her colleagues to log jobs for her. this is obviously embarrassing for her and not great as we love a bit of automation here and the powershells are all written based on the user who logged the job.
