Gap in Search field column configs
With the new 9.3 functionality allowing us to configure the columns in the search fields there’s an issue where the column configuration is at entity level not Type level - important for CI's.
I have one form for room/video booking which has filtered lists of 3 different types of CI's (conf equip, room, location/building)
All have the same columns displayed.
I have another travel booking form with more filtered CI's fields.
I have another from some software requests with more filtered CI's fields.
Another from for Hardware requests with more filtered CI's fields.
A form for virtual machine provisioning with more filtered CI's fields.
A security card request forms with more filtered CI's fields.
However ALL CI search results return the same columns which isn't that useful.
This has now been reviewed by the Product Management Team and will monitor the number of votes this suggestion gets with other customers.
