It would be hugely beneficial to be able to report on tickets or search for tickets from a certain point in time. eg. Todays date is the 8th of January but i want to report on ticket status' and other reporting data from a particular date/time in December. So to be able to report on ticket details from a certain point in time would be helpful.
This has now been reviewed by the Product Management Team and will monitor the number of votes this suggestion gets with other customers.
