Currently the MS SQL Table Outbound Action Connector and related MS SQL connectors are only triggered by forwarding a Call externally.

It should be possible to set the trigger for the connector on a number of actions such as Forwarded, Action Taken, Notification Added, Call Updated, etc..

Also, you should be able to map any of the fields available in the Call screen to the info being passed on by the connector.
