Timezone on emails

Time fields on emails - timezone calculations. Investec have multiple time zones configured. The IMP_START and IMP_END dates are critical for them to schedule change requests, unfortunately emails from task / request in the system show these date in the local database time zone and do not factor in the time zone of the recipient officer. This means they have to manually add the time zone offset to multiple email templates. They would like in future for all time fields on outgoing emails from the system to factor in the users / officer selected time zone.
