The usability of the Designer drag and drop method is frustratingly unreliable. At this point you're required to click and drag from the bottom right corner of the text field of any box to have any strong guarantee of being able to move the box (even then it still may not work). It would be better to be able to click anywhere within the field in order to be able to move it.
