BOSS Chat - Automated 'quick-phrases' when starting and closing a chat session

Rather than have Service Centre analysts typing out the same phrases over and over again, or copying from an external source (e.g. notepad) into the application, it'd be beneficial for BOSS to deliver a customized Greeting and Closure message to chat users. This will ensure that communication is standardized, professional, and will save time for our analysts.

By extension a 'Quick-Phrase' selection while chat is operating could also be beneficial so that phrases such as "Please wait while I find some more information" (or similar) can be simply selected rather than typed in over and over.
